Great job selling our house in La Quinta! Your listing and pricing strategies worked perfectly, and I'm still amazed that we got a full-price offer. You told us how long to expect our property would be on the market, and if memory serves correctly, you were very close.
Thanks for being so accommodating with the open houses and the showings. It was nice to be able to stay in our house on those two vacations and not have people walking through all the time.
I was a bit nervous about the fact that we didn't live in the house full time, and there are so many details-inspections, paperwork, etc.-that need to be taken care of. You took care of everything, and the transaction went incredibly smoothly.
We talked to the buyers on a couple of occasions, and they seemed to be thrilled with the house. I'm glad we were able to sell it to someone who will appreciate it as much as we did.
