the brand/type for the price? all around looks.. etc?
not at all, i just collect knives lol. wanted someone elses opinion on it though 
It's a good knife for an affordable non-custom off the shelf production knife. I have one and it's worked great for an all around do everything type of blade. I like AUS-8 above 440C because in my opinion AUS-8 takes a bit of a finer edge due to the vanadium which is present in the AUS-8 and is not present in the 440C. I have taken it camping, used it for chores, batoning wood, gutting fish, you name it! It isn't real heavy and so it's an easy carry and it's not so expensive or rare that you would stroke out if it were damaged or lost, like you would if you had a Randall or a Loveless or some other expensive custom knife? I have some custom knives which don't go anywhere because they are really more investments, than hard use everyday type blades. SOG makes decent knives and I haven't been disappointed by any of their products yet!
